All existing projects will continue to be serviced from the IBS team from our Newnham House office in Cambridge, thereby ensuring that our transition into the management structure of WSP has no detrimental effect on the delivery and completion of work on which we are engaged. Future projects will again be handled by the same team but with appointment to WSP UK Limited subject to your approval to this technical change which again will not affect project delivery. Indeed, we hope to build upon our existing relationship with you through leveraging the additional support and knowledge that becoming part of WSP brings.
Our short-medium term strategy is to grow a recently established Building Structures capability alongside our existing Mechanical and Electrical Design and project management services in Newnham House. In addition we have also a Fire Engineering capability with a strong emphasis on existing site audits and new build fire strategy.
We are extremely proud of our track record and heritage and this move now enables us in the future to deliver a truly world class service.
