The WSP Environment team in Sweden has received the prestigious Hammarby Sjostad Environmental Technology award for a sustainable design project from His Majesty King Carl Gustaf of Sweden.
A ‘Room with a View’ is a close collaboration between architects and energy/green building specialists to develop and energy-efficient building design concept. This is intended as a flexible building that incorporates the latest technology to create a comfortable living environment with minimal use of purchased or non-renewable energy. Our Environmental team worked with structural and design-engineering colleagues from across WSP Group to develop this concept.
